For any of you that have had a chance to read the latest biography on Colnago, there is a particular passage that truly is inspiring. Ernesto went to visit Enzo Ferrari with Beppe Saronni to discuss a collaboration on building a special Colnago/Ferrari bike. At some point during the conversation Ernesto explains to Enzo that at 54 years of age he is feeling old perhaps suggesting a possible retirement. Enzo immediately respsonds in a stern manner that when he was Ernesto's age, he had just started Ferrari and that those were the best years of his life. Ernesto to this day thinks about those words whenever he needs a source of inspiration.

Inspiring, that is what Colnago says to me. When I look at my Colnago it beckons to be ridden. Somehow in all that carbon fibre and paint the boys in Cambiago have embedded a particular lust that is undeniable.

In a very short time Pista Palace has become the biggest Colnago dealer on the West Coast and have our sites on becoming the biggest Colnago dealer in the US and North America. Would that make us the biggest Colnago dealer in the world? I dunno. For 2009 Pista Palace offers the EPS exclusively in the PR82 Saronni paint scheme. For 2010 we shall offer other exclusive paint schemes. We will resurrect from the past a bike whose opulence is unequaled. And we shall also introduce an EPS that has never been seen before. Pista Palace is passionate about Colnago and we hope that our passion is reflected in provide you with the service and attention that could only be bested by Cambiago.
